Fandom day is on Friday. If you don’t know what to wear, it should represent your favorite, band, book character, superhero, or celebrity. For example if you like the green arrow, wear a green arrow costume or shirt. Or you can wear something for Harry potter like a scarf, wand, or robe. Please stay school appropriate. Have Fun Panthers!

Remember the Panther’s School Store is open at Break and Lunch.

Picture retakes are Friday, October 20th from 8-12 in the MPR. Students please check with your teacher if you can get it taken during class or go during break.

Cross Country meet TODAY at Nipomo Regional Park - if you are having issues with transportation see Mr. CANo in Rm 11. Please be there by 3pm.

If you need help logging into your color battle account or any other assistance please go to room 5 at break or lunch for help.

Families of Judkins, tomorrow's spirit competition is culture day. Please read the following and help your student dress appropriately.
Culture is the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular nation, people, or other social group.
Tomorrow is Cultural Day and we want to make sure that all students are appropriate and respectful.
Suggestions include :
Wear the colors of your ancestral flag for example red, white and blue or red white and green,
Culturally representative attire for example native american jewelry, cowboy boots,
Sports jersey of international teams or bring a favorite cultural dish for your advisory class.

This Month is anti-bullying month, every Friday for the month of October we will have board games, and computer games available for students to play. Come on into the library, meet someone new, hang with a new group and have fun. Remember....all students are accepted in the library at lunch for Friday game days for the Month of October for Anti-bullying month!

Cross Country Runners please turn in your Beach Run permission slips to Mr. Cano in Rm. 11 ASAP. If you forgot or lost your permission slip, talk to Mr. Cano.

8th grade boys interested in playing basketball there will be a meeting on Wednesday, October 11th at lunch in the gym. Tryouts begin Friday, October 13th.

This is a reminder to head on down to your local Brooks Burgers @ 220 Five Cities Drive tomorrow 4:00pm-8:00pm to support Judkins Middle School! The restaurant is donating 15% of your meal/drink to the cause!
Don't forget to follow the restaurant's donation instructions to have your receipts counted, and if you're just driving through tell the cashier you're with Judkins Middle School.

The Joy Club and the Five Cities Optimists also had SUPER HELP from AMAZING Judkins students. Our Chinese Auction was a great success and we want to say thank you with MRS. PIERCE”S Yummy Brownies! Go see Mrs. Pierce at lunch today to get your treat and thanks for helping so many!

If you found a silver necklace on Friday at the dance that has a silver tree please turn it into the office, no questions asked. This necklace has sentimental value to the student that lost it!

Don't forget about dinner at Brooks Burgers on Tuesday, October 10th from 4-8 pm. 15% of proceeds come back to Judkins for another chrome book cart for students.
