Remember that we are continuing the fun with the Prowler team TODAY at lunch in the MPR. Panthers! Let’s get fired up for Red Ribbon Week! Next week is red ribbon week and we have dress up days ALL WEEK and some fun lunchtime activities planned. Stay tuned for a video in Advisory that will tell you about the dress up days! Monday’s dress up theme is CRAZY SOCK day...let’s SOCK it to drugs!! Find your crazy socks, Panthers, and show your spirit!

One more congratulations to all of the students who tried out to sing the national anthem at our assemblies...we have some amazing singers out there! Big congrats to O’Neal who will be singing at our Halloween assembly, Emma who will be singing at our Holiday assembly, and Hope who will be singing at our Valentine’s Day assembly! We can’t wait to hear more from these fabulous singers!

Hello Panthers and happy Tuesday! This week we have our Ro Sham Bo tourney continuing as we have the final Predator and Prowler competition on Thursday and Friday at lunch. Stay tuned to hear who is representing each team!

We also have national anthem tryouts coming soon...stay tuned for more info on that.

Spirit day this Friday is Logo day! Sport your fave logo on your clothes this Friday to get points for your team.

Come by the media center Monday morning before school starts to learn the basics of coding!

Picture retakes next Friday October 19th in the MPR from 8-12 pm. Order forms are in the office for pickup. If you were absent on picture day please get your picture taken even if you don’t want to buy your them, you will need it for your student ID.

7th Grade boys Basketball tryouts start today after school and tomorrow morning starting at 10:30 AM.

Parent Teacher conferences are on Wednesday October 17th and it is also a minimum day!

Attention all singers!! Anyone interested in singing the national anthem at the upcoming halloween assembly can sign up in the office or in the library at break or lunch. There is now a sign up sheet in both locations. We welcome individual singers or duets or even groups! Tryouts will be held on Tuesday, October 16th in the gym at lunch. We can’t wait to hear all of the amazing singers we have on this campus!

Congrats to the 8th grade girls volleyball team for the WIN over Paulding! Great game 7th graders Mrs. Lorance said that you gave it your all. Good job!

Panthers, yesterday’s speeches were amazing and you all did such a great job being positive and supportive and respectful...you slayed the matrix, Panthers, and we want to say a huge thank you to all that came to the gym at lunch to show their school spirit and panther pride.

It is time to vote! All of our amazing candidates did such a great job with their speeches yesterday...what a tough race this is...all of our candidates would make fabulous officers...it is up to you to decide who gets to represent you for the year. Rock the vote, Panthers!

Rivalry runs strong at the volleyball game today...come check out the action as our Panthers face off against Paulding.

Here is our amazing crew of Judkins Student Council hopefuls! For the office of President, we have Taylor Banegas, Alana Woodard, Sequoia Andrew-Vargas and Jauzlyn Moreno. For VP, we have Kameryn Thompson and Chelsea Nava Rojas For the role of Secretary, we have Ruby Sheller, Lillith Byllesby and Gizel Mendoza Ramirez. And finally, for the office of treasurer, we have Alexandra Izarraras Cervantes and Anthony Ingram.

Be sure to come to the gym at lunch TODAY to see all of our candidates give their speeches! We will start about five minutes after the bell rings. Bring your lunch and listen to what the candidates have to say! Be informed when you vote!

Voting will take place tomorrow in your advisory class. Make sure your opinion is heard!

Two home volleyball games this week, Panthers. On Tuesday we face off against St. Pats and on Thursday the rivalry is huge as we look to beat Paulding on our home court!
