"Make way, here he comes, ring bells, bang the drums! Are you gonna love this guy! Judkins Middle School 7th and 8th grade Drama present: Disney's Aladdin Jr.! Please come out and see the show! Show dates and times are Friday, April 28 at 7 pm, Saturday, April 29 at 7pm, and Sunday, April 30 at 2pm. The performances will take place in Judkins MPR. Tickets are $5 for students, $7 for staff and teachers, and $10 for the public. They can be purchased at the door, or online. There is a website link and a QR code on posters around campus. There is also a QR code on the school website. Judkins Drama is excited to see you there!"

We are selling dance tickets again for the upcoming Luau dance! The dance is now on Friday, May 5th. Stop by in front of the office at lunch to buy your ticket for $5. If you already bought a ticket before spring break, you do not need to buy another one.

If you want to add songs to the list for the dance there will be a form this week in advisory to fill out. We will not be taking song recommendations at the dance.

Interested in playing soccer after school! Soccer club starts this week. Informational meeting Wednesday at lunch in room 15. Everyone is welcome, not just the boys soccer team.

Listen up for Spirit Team Point Updates:
Participation for the spirit dress up days before Spring Break have been totaled: In 4th place for 20 points is…PAWS! In 3rd place for 30 points is…PRIDE! In 2nd place for 40 points is…PREDATORS! And congrats to the PROWLERS for the most participants in Spirit Week! They get 50 spirit points!
Now for the March PRIDE scans:
PAWS earned 652 scans - that means the average student on their team earned 7 scans - getting PAWS the 1st place award of 50 spirit points!
PREDATORS TIED WITH PROWLERS for 2nd place - the average student on their teams earned 6 scans per student - getting them each 35 spirit points!
PRIDE earned 578 scans - an average of 5 scans per student-getting PRIDE the 4th place award of 20 spirit points!
Keep up the good work panthers and continue showing PRIDE in the classroom to earn scans from your teachers!

Joy Club meeting today at lunch to discuss Judkins’ first ever Blood Drive🩸 on May 25! Come and hear about this life giving event, share some brownies, and spread the word so we can help more people in need! Bring a friend or make some new friends working on Blood Drive posters to encourage all adults who are able to donate. See you at lunch in Rm 22!

People with disabilities are all around us. You may have a disability, you may have a loved one with a disability. This month is about learning and honoring differently-abled people. Every week, for the month of April, you will learn more about what life is like for people with disabilities. Some disabilities can be seen, some cannot, and some may impact people later in life, please read the biographies of some amazing people who live their lives with a disability. Let's learn and grow together, Panthers.

Congratulations to both the 7th and 8th grade boys volleyball teams for having an outstanding season. They competed in their end of the season tournament this week with a fantastic finish. The 8th grade team took 2nd place after a tough loss to Laguna in the Championship game. The 7th grade team dominated their tournament taking 1st place with a Big Win against Mesa. Also a huge shout out to 7th grader Christian Clark for being awarded MVP of the tournament. Way to go Panthers……..Please congratulate these boys today when you see them on campus.

As a campus community, we would like to show our appreciation for our amazing vice principal, Mrs. Cross. She does so much for students and staff here on campus, so make sure to show her your appreciation today!

Now that you've had all month to read the board, test your knowledge with a Kahoot created by 7th grade AVID and help your team win spirit points during Advisory! Game ends TODAY.
